This course is designed to teach you simple Bowen techniques and basic procedures that you can use on your loved ones to help reset their systems.

This course was created for you to help yourself when you can’t get in to have a full treatment.  Treating yourself and your loved ones in the moment is a great way to help feel better by the morning!

No, this course will be sent to you digitally.  It includes a manual with images and links to youtube videos so that you can see how to perform each move. You can learn at your own pace!
